 and other streams related to manufacturing 

(except CSE, IT, CIVIL, MOP, Chemical)

Age Limit: 18 to 23 Years

Salary & Benefits

Salary (incl. PF, Bonus, Ins, ESI):

 1st Year - 2.55 Lacs, 

2nd Year - 2.85 Lacs

1st year monthly Salary

Gross Salary - 16,951 per month

Deductions: 

2,077 per month (incl Food, Transport, PF, ESI)

In Hand Salary - 14,874 per month

2nd year monthly Salary

Gross Salary - 19,371 per month

Deductions: 

2,095 per month (incl Food, Transport, PF, ESI)

In Hand Salary -17,276 per month

Additional

PF Saving - 43,200 per Year

Bonus - 15,000 per year

Shift Allowance - 50 per day for 2nd Shift

Overtime allowance for extra work hours

Other Benefits

6 Lacs Medical Insurance & additional ESI Coverage.

Two-time food will be provided in all the shifts.

Company transport will be provided in all the shifts.

 Doorstep drop will be provided for female in 2nd shift.

Free Uniform and Safety PPEs will be provided.

Accommodation is not provided by the company. 

But will assist you to find the hostels which we already

 identified and verified by our admin and safety team.

Job Nature:

 Any role in Manufacturing process like 

Production, Quality, Testing, SCM etc.,

Period of Engagement: 

1 - 2 years. Offer will be released for one year

and will be extended for 2nd year based on your

 performance. Permanency will be decided after

two years based on your performance and

business case. No Bond or No Agreement.

Working Pattern: 

6 days in a week, 2 shifts, 8 work hours,

 (1st shift 6:30AM, 2nd Shift 3:15PM).
