Experience 

Fressure Candidate 

Salary & Benefits 

Suitable candidates will receive training in train operations.

 A stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month (with ESIC / PF cover) 

will be paid during the training period. 

The training period can last up to 4-5 months.

 Statutory deductions for ESIC / PF will apply

Upon passing the Competency examination after training,

 candidates will be inducted into employment

 with the Salary structure as below:

Gross Salary per month Rs. 19000/-.

+Additional allowances per month Rs.5000-6000 (approx).

  The Interview, Exam & Location

The interview & exam date will be shared with the shortlisted Candidates 

 Note 

Due to the extensive training provided and the 

requirement to pass the competency exam,

 candidates will need to sign an employment 

bond for 5 years with the Company. 

Candidates must submit their original educational 

certificates to the Company during this period.
