Salary & Benefits 

 For Freshers (DET):

₹21,500/month CTC

₹18,500 (In-hand salary)

₹5,000 bonus every 3 months

 For 1-Year Experience (Jr. Engineer):

₹29,220/month CTC

₹25,000 (In-hand salary)

₹8,000 bonus every 3 months

(Experience letter required for this level)
