Training Program

Selected candidates will be enrolled under the B-VOC Program through Kalinga University. During the training period candidates can continue their graduation along with industrial training.

This is a 3-Year Program and based on performance and successful completion of training, candidates may get an opportunity for permanent employment with DENSO.

Stipend Structure (26 Days / 8 Hours Duty)

Year 1

CTC: ₹26,128 per month

Deductions:

₹3,000 University, Registration & Administrative Charges

₹400 Canteen Charges

Salary In Hand: ₹22,728 per month

Year 2

CTC: ₹28,095 per month

Deductions:

₹3,000 University, Registration & Administrative Charges

₹400 Canteen Charges

Salary In Hand: ₹26,695 per month

Year 3

CTC: ₹30,343 per month

Deductions:

₹3,000 University, Registration & Administrative Charges
